Information Everwhen handles
You choose what to save: item titles, categories, dates, notes, optional photos, reminders, restock state, product links, and physical-label identifiers. This information is stored by the app on your device.
iCloud and sharing
If iCloud is available, Everwhen can use Apple’s CloudKit service for private sync between your devices signed in to the same Apple Account. You can also choose exact items to share with people you invite. Apple processes that information under its own terms and privacy policy. Everwhen has no developer-operated server or credential that gives its developer access to your private or shared content. People you invite can see the content you deliberately include. Their changes may take time to arrive, and anyone with access can retain information they saw before access was removed.
Photos, camera, notifications, and labels
Everwhen receives only photos you select in the app or explicitly send to Everwhen from a share sheet. It creates an app-owned copy without the source photo’s metadata. Camera access is requested only when you scan an Everwhen label. Camera frames are not retained. Optional reminders are scheduled by iOS on your device. Everwhen receives no notification analytics. A QR label contains an opaque Everwhen identifier, not your history. Showing the item title on a printed label is optional. A label does not grant access to shared data. It does not prove who acted, where, or how well.
Optional product links
You may save an HTTPS product link for an item. Everwhen opens that link only after your tap, does not change the item’s state, and does not append item, device, or click-tracking data. The website you open has its own privacy practices.
Collection, tracking, and third parties
Everwhen does not collect your data for its developer, sell data, track you, or include advertising, analytics, attribution, subscription, or third-party account SDKs. Apple system services and websites you deliberately open remain governed by their providers’ policies.
Your choices and deletion
You can edit, archive, or delete content in Everwhen, remove reminders and labels, and manage sharing through Apple’s sharing interface. Removing the app deletes its local data. Data already synced through iCloud is managed through your Apple account and may remain on other devices or with people who previously received it.
Children
Everwhen is a general-purpose utility. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children—or anyone else—for its developer.
Changes and contact
If Everwhen’s data handling changes, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before the change ships. For privacy questions, email Jan Litjens (LED Games) at litjens@me.com. Do not include personal Everwhen content in a public issue, and minimize any private details you send by email.
