A calm place to get unstuck.
Everwhen should feel useful within seconds. These are the shortest routes through its deeper features.
Start with one small thing
Add something you want to keep track of, such as replacing a filter or calling someone. Tap Done when it happens. If you think of it later, choose Earlier moment.
Notes, photos, and history
Open any item for its detail page. Add a note or reference photo to the item, then enrich individual moments with their own note, a place label you enter yourself, optional time, and up to 6 photos. You can also choose photos in another app and send them to Everwhen from the share sheet; Everwhen asks you to check the exact destination before anything is added. Approximate dates are welcome when the exact day is not known.
Recent moments and pause
Use Recent moments or Search to find a moment again. If timing is not useful for a while, pause the item without removing its history; you can still record moments and resume timing later.
Reminders and widgets
Reminders are optional, one-time, and scheduled on each device. A Home Screen or Lock Screen widget can show a chosen item; supported widgets can also record it without opening Everwhen.
Restock and physical shortcuts
An ordinary item can optionally have a product link and a quiet “nearly empty” state. A printable QR label can perform one configured action: record now, request restock, or mark restocked. Labels are physical shortcuts for people who already have access, not public access links.
If something does not appear yet
Confirm that you’re signed in to iCloud and that Everwhen can use iCloud on every participating device. Open Everwhen on each device and allow a little time for Apple’s sync to arrive. For notifications, check Settings → Notifications → Everwhen. For a withdrawn or old label, create and print a fresh label from the item.
